Compliance support built for real-world carriers.
We help trucking companies stay compliant with UCR, MCS-150, operating authority, and testing administration requirements without turning deadlines into emergencies.
Who we are
DOT Global CMS is a federal compliance management company serving motor carriers, owner-operators, brokers, freight forwarders and leasing companies across the United States. We file, monitor and maintain the federal registrations that keep commercial transportation businesses legally on the road.
We are not a form-filling service, and we are not a directory of links to government websites. We are the people who find the error in your carrier record before an auditor does, who call you in September about the registration window that opens in October, and who pick up the phone when a driver gets flagged at a scale house on a Friday afternoon.
"A missed filing worth a few hundred dollars turning into a parked truck, a blown delivery window, and a customer who doesn't call back."
Federal compliance was never designed to be simple — and the penalty for a small mistake is rarely proportionate.
Why we started
A carrier running interstate is expected to track a UCR renewal on one calendar, a biennial update on another calendar derived from their own USDOT number, a quarterly random testing draw, annual Clearinghouse queries, and a five-year recordkeeping obligation — all while managing drivers, equipment, insurance and customers.
What we kept seeing was the same pattern. Good operators, running safe equipment, getting shut down at a weigh station over a filing they simply didn't know had come due.
DOT Global CMS was built to close that gap. Not by selling advice, but by taking the work.
What we do
Federal registrations
UCR filing and renewal, MCS-150 biennial updates and change filings, USDOT number registration, operating authority applications and BOC-3 process agent designations.
Third-party administration
Full C/TPA services — consortium enrollment, random selection management, collection coordination, MRO review, Clearinghouse reporting and MIS recordkeeping under 49 CFR Parts 40 and 382.
Program development
Written drug and alcohol policies, supervisor reasonable-suspicion training documentation, and designated employer representative support.
Compliance review
Random pool audits, carrier record reconciliation, and pre-audit file reviews for carriers who want to know where they stand before FMCSA tells them.
How we work
Four things we hold ourselves to on every account, not just the ones being audited.
Accuracy over volume
We'd rather call you with a question than submit a filing we're not confident in. A fast filing built on a stale vehicle count creates a problem instead of solving one.
Plain language, always
Regulatory text is written for lawyers. Our explanations are written for the person who has to act on them. If we can't explain a requirement in a sentence, we haven't understood it well enough.
Proactive, not reactive
The value of a compliance partner is measured in the deadlines you never noticed passing. We monitor your dates and reach out before they become urgent.
Straight pricing
Government fees and our service fee are shown separately, every time. You always know what the state is charging and what you're paying us.
Who we serve
From a single truck running under its own authority to fleets consolidating every filing under one provider.
